Also why didn't you ask to speak to the manager? If you don't let someone in charge know that you are dissatisfied and why then how is it ever supposed to get corrected? You'd get a lot more respect from peeps if you'd voice your opinion to the person who can make a change and not take the cowardly road by trash talking online resulting in possible loss of business, especially in the financial state this country is currently in. IMO you're just as wrong as the warm drinks and shitty service.
